A Twist N’Pop Review from BornFree mum Kate

7 October 2010 One Comment

Here’s a fab review of our Twist N’Pop Straw cup by one of our favourite mums, Kate Able-Green, author of What Katie’s Kids Did Next

Cups. Toddler cups. Do you know how many we’ve been through trying to find one that doesn’t leak, isn’t impossible to open (for me!) or too easy to open (for him) too small or too hard to drink through? Hundreds. I’m telling you, HUNDREDS.

So when the very lovely Anne from Born Free Mum and Dad  offered to send us a new cup to try, we were very happy! Any new cup is welcome in this house, so we can try and get rid of all the above!

The Twist N Pop Straw cup arrived last week, and straight away, LM was asking for juice! I literally had time to give it a wash and fill it up before he threw a strop! (Temper tantrums already? Seriously!?)

We got the yellow one, and its great! Its big enough so that he hasn’t finished his juice before I’ve even sat down, and its not too hard from him to drink from. The twisty straw is brilliant, he will sit there for ages opening and closing it, each time it twists up, he says “ooooh” so I think that’s a good review from him!

You can just twist the lid and the straw goes into “hiding” so you can shove the bottle in your bag and it wont get dirty AND you wont lose the lid. (Can you tell I’ve done that a few times…!?) Its also interchangeable with other Born Free bottles and cups, which is fantastic.

It’s available to buy Here for £5.99, and it comes in Pink, Green, Blue and Yellow.

Don’t forget to check out the blogs here on Born Free Mum and Dad, they’re full of tips, advice, and everything you need to know when you have little ones in your life, and it’s a really interesting read.
