The MAD Blog Awards 2011
Today is the launch of the second annual MAD Blog awards and BornFree is very proud to be partnering with them to sponsor a category which is close to the heart of BornFree Mum and Dad Blog: The Best New MAD Blog.
Here’s what it says about the award on the MADS website:
Best New MAD Blog, Sponsored by BornFree
The winner of the Best New MAD Blogger award has made a big impact before their blog’s first birthday. This is the category for those bloggers that quickly established a unique voice and loyal following – and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next! The winner of this category will receive a fantastic prize for the whole family – a day out at the London Eye followed by dinner at Chez Gerard.
To find out more about the other Awards, the great prizes and, most importantly, how to nominate, please go to the Awards website http://www.the-mads.com/
We’re very excited to be introducing a very special guest blogger to the BornFree Parent Panel later today. Jen Walshaw is a partner in the MAD Blog Awards and also writes the popular Mum in the Madhouse blog. We’ll be publishing two posts by Jen this week, starting with a post later today called How to be a Mummy Blogger. We can’t wait to introduce you!
UPDATE 04/10/11
The MAD Blog Awards took place on Friday September 30th and we are very pleased to announce that the Best New MAD Blog Award went to the wonderful MammyWoo.

Good luck all! Great prize, and a lovely award for a new blogger. We were nominated in this last year, and couldn’t have been happier.
